Return Policy for Swimwear and Apparel
We do not accept returns of swimwear or other apparel since it would have been worn.
Return Policy for Software and DVDs(PLEASE READ)
All software and DVD sales should be considered final. Returns will only be accepted for defective products. Please understand this policy helps us to combat the illegal copying and piracy.
You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition, unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. Please return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally.
Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable
To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order.
You must obtain an Return Authorization (R.A.) number prior to returning the product. Email help@americanesuperstore.com with your Order Number, Name, the title of the product, and the specific defect you have encountered. Products returned without an R.A. number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Call us or Email help@americanesuperstore.com for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product.
Return Policy for Perfumes
Please be familiar with the perfume you buy before buying it from us as we do not accept returns for perfumes after it has been used. All perfume sales are final.
Return Policy for Jewelry and General Merchandise
All jewelry and general merchandise products, including housewares and AsSeenOnTV Products, can be returned within 30 days, the shipping is not refundable and there is a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping. Please email us at help@americanesuperstore.com with your name, order number, and reason for return and we will get an RMA number for you along with return instructions.
Return Policy for Cellular and Electronic Products
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Defective returns are eligible for return only within 15 days from the date of sale. After 15 days, the customer must return the product to the manufacturer's authorized warranty station for warranty repair.
- Non defective returns incur a 20% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.
- No returns, for any reason, will be accepted after 30 days from the original ship date.
- A copy of your receipt must be included with all defective returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/accessories/documentation; incomplete returns will not be accepted.
- A Return Authorization (R.A.) number must obtained from American eSuperstore prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without a R.A. number will be returned to you at your expense.
- RA numbers are valid for a period of twenty (20) days from the date of issue.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the R.A. number displayed on the exterior of the package. This is not refundable.
- Freight charges and handling charges are not refundable.
- Allow 10-13 business days for processing returns.
- Credit will be issued once we receive the tracking number for the return of the item.
- Items showing installer or consumer abuse will not be accepted.
Damage/Loss Information
- All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with delivering carrier within 15 days of receipt. If you fail to notify us within 15 days, we will not file this claim for you.
- Save all boxes & packing material!
- All claims for shortages/mis-shipments/mis-billings must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Reservation to Cancel or Change Order
We reserve the right to cancel an order for whatever reason. Also, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for the product at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. Backordered items will be cancelled and notice will be sent to the customer.
